Cleo Charlebois

Cleo Charlebois was born and raised in Val Gagne, Ontario. He is a proud husband and father of two adult children, who have also chosen to continue to call Black River-Matheson home, in addition to other immediate family. Cleo is passionate and believes that all the voices throughout Black River-Matheson must be heard.

Cleo is a graduate of Laurentian University with an Honors Degree in Social Work and a graduate from Northern College in the Social Service Worker Program. He is a Senior Management Team Member in the capacity of Director of Services at North Eastern Ontario Family and Children Services, where he oversees a number of programs providing services to children, youth and families in the District of Cochrane and Timiskaming. 

Cleo believes in providing effective and efficient services while also offering quality of life for the residents within the municipality.
